Dr. Saeed Nairizi, Head of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Toossab Company, while playing the main fundamental role in organizing, developmental and expansion of the company, is one of the most significant predominant members of international institutions dealing with civil and research projects especially within water industry.

He was born in 1946 in Tehran and after graduating in Ahwaz University in 1968, got his Postgraduate Diploma in soil & water engineering from Kranfield University, U.K in 1974,  and was granted his PhD degree in civil engineering majoring water industry in 1977, Southampton University, U.K.

Once back in Iran, he was appointed as member of scientific board at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and maintained this position until 1983 when he was selected as Khorasan regional managing director of Mahab Ghods consulting engineers until 1988 when he was invited to cooperate with ToossAb Consulting engineers as the managing director of the company  and afterwards as head of directing board in 2003 as well.

Dr. Nairizi was appointed as honorary vice president of International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage in September 2001 during 52^nd international meeting of ICID, and holds this position as well as head of financial committee of this foundation.

He was granted ICID WATSAVE annual award 1999, Granada, Spain, for the best innovation in the filed of water consumption management and conservation submitted in a paper called" Dual Distribution System of Urban Water as Final Approach in Shortage Conditions"

Apart from the position of managing director of the company he has been engaged in the following list of activities as well:
