Toossab library is one of the main informative
resources containing more than 19,000 papers,
magazines, manuals, technical documents, catalogues
and textbooks that would meet the demands of all
people interested in water industry issues such as
water supply, irrigation and drainage networks, dam
construction, wastewater and other science and
technologies dealing with water.
Regarding the professional activity of the
company in the fields of water sector, documents and
resources gathered for the library are mainly
professional and for the purpose of supplying
information and modern knowledge to meet the demands
of the technical staff to the best, furthermore it
has other books in social sciences, mathematics
history, psychology and management as well.

Using the new technologies in library and supplying
information services in its modern and automated
method in order to have a fast search engine for the
clients that would provide a rapid response for
company employees, a web based overall information
supply library software called "Simorgh" database
management scheme within world network was
implemented, such that it is possible to gain access
to any book, contracts, reports, magazines, papers
and other publications weather Persian or English
existing in the library by just using a computer.
The most significant aspect of this software is its
online connectivity with other libraries and
information centers. Simorgh software provides all
facilities required for recording, content making,
accessing to non textual resources like films, audio
visual material, pictures and scanned version of all
documents, this accessibility can be provided
through intranet and internet as well.
